Spacious and comfortable. Can accommodate large crowds and small groups alike. Well maintained and comfortable. Excellent assortment of food and always is consistent whether it's the rice dishes or the soup based ones.

Food was excellent! All pho on the menu is gluten free which is a huge plus since I have an allergy. Service was great as well.

I'm so glad pho as now normalized in the American food scene. Among all the Viet spots in the Central Jersey area, Pho Today's broth is next level and worth the wait on weekends. It's also a sight to see a massive Asian restaurant that can house large parties and families.

I really enjoy the P1. Pho Today, summer rolls, and lychee smoothie. The broth is flavorful and the pho comes with a great amount of protein that's juicy. I like to get the shrimp and pork summer rolls. The lychee smoothie is delicious and sweet. I took a star off because sometimes the customer service is slow. You might be seated in a bad spot and wait a while for a waiter to get back to you.

Stopped in for late lunch. Maybe our new Pho place in the area. Plenty of parking, spacious dining room and clean bathrooms. Had four bowls of beef pho, a dish of fried tofu w veg and an order of chicken wings w fish sauce. The ingredients were fresh and heaping. Broth was great and soup was really hot. Very tasty and filling. Fried tofu and the veg were great and the wings were tasty. Staff attentive. Daughter had a Vietnamese coffee which she said was creamy and rich in flavor. Will definitely visit again.

A friend took us here for dinner and highly recommended for really good pho . It was a rainy day. We got here shortly before it became too busy with the dinner rush and got a table for 4. Service was good. Ample parking outside. Note: Floors are slippery when wet so caution when walking. Hot tea to warm us up from the cold wet rain. Menu has plenty of options and food to select from even the picky eaters. Started off with the pork spring rolls which was good and tried the shrimp and pork vietnamese pancake which was interesting... Instead of everything mixed in already, the items were placed onto the pancake and just folded in. It would have been better all mixed in. For the entree, everyone ordered the short rib special which was huge!!! This menu is dine in only but can take home what you can't finish. A lot of meat with noodles. Meat and the broth were very tasty and highly recommend. Noodles were plentiful too. Definitely couldn't finish and took the rest home for another meal! Really good meal that was filling.

A trusty local Vietnamese spot, it's usually pretty packed even at non-regular meal times. They have an extensive menu, which I've started to explore more and more each time I come instead of sticking to just pho. Overall, their food is great - full of flavor and great portions. I've had their pho, bahn mi, rice noodle plate, and fried rice. All tasted great! I will warn though -- they seem to have a large kitchen with staff that works quickly, but I once got sick after eating their shrimp fried rice, and another time there was a piece of plastic in my bahn mi when I ordered delivery. They also have an event space, and you can usually expect quick service. Bubble tea is not great, at least when we tried it once the tapioca was hard.

I would rate this a 3.5/5 The avocado smoothie was great, creamy, not too sweet, and refreshing. The appetizers were good we got both summer and spring rolls, can't really go wrong with those. For a place that has pho in their name I expected it to be better. It was just okay, broth was mid and the pho with the meat half of the pieces were very fatty. I think the rice dishes are better, the meat was tender and flavorful. Like most Asian restaurants the service has no frills which I prefer. I think it's okay for a chain but if you have a choice a mom and pop shop would be better for quality + price.
